Blackwing Palomino Blue

The Blackwing Palomino is the second entry into Blackwing Eras series. It features extra-firm graphite, along with a "Palomino blue" barrel, signature gold stripe, gold Blackwing Palomino imprint, gold ferrule, and white eraser inspired by the Palomino pencils that paved the way for the Blackwing revival.

The first Blackwing Era edition commemorated the 10th anniversary of the revival of Blackwing pencils. Originally, Blackwing pencils were loved and popular among the creative community throughout the 20th century, but after being discontinued in the 1990s, Blackwings became rare and difficult to find. When they were brought back in 2010, the pencils were once again adapted by many musicians, writers and artists. 2020 marks the tenth anniversary of the revival of these beloved pencils.
